Green corridor agreement signed between Estonia and Finland

Estonia and Finland have sealed a green corridor memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expedite marine decarbonisation between the two neighbours.
The MoU was signed by the cities and ports of Helsinki and Tallinn, Rederi AB Eckerö, Tallink Grupp and Viking Line, the Estonian Ministry of Climate, and the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Juhana Vartiainen, the mayor of Helsinki mentioned that the cooperation between Helsinki and Tallinn has been extremely seamless in recent years. For both capitals, the themes of Baltic Sea protection and sustainability have become highly significant, and they want to take feasible steps to advance these things together.
