20Cube Malaysia expands its 3PL Hub within the Free Zone in Port Klang, Malaysia

20Cube Malaysia has expanded its 3PL Hub within the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), a customs controlled area. Strategically located, this 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse is utilized for specialised pick and pack operations. It’s a dry warehouse wherein all necessary arrangements have been made to store all kinds of inventories, even fragile articles.

The warehouse comprises of 7500 racking positions which allows easy handling and managing the inventory with tracking and handheld devices.

The warehouse is equipped with forklifts, large ceiling fans, lights, air curtains, utility carts and miscellaneous other equipment such as floor signs, waste containers, chairs, shop stools, and tables, etc. The warehouse is under CCTV surveillance with accurate arrangements for fire safety and pest management to ensure both the employees and inventories are protected. The warehouse not only manages around 1800 to 2000 CBM but also handles 40 export containers and 30 import containers per week.

With multiple clients, who prefer pick & pack operations, this warehouse completely ensure quick direct-to-store delivery while reducing the need for intermediary freight.
