20Cube Forays Into The US Market By Acquiring Sealaska Global Logistics

20Cube, proceeding with its expansion plans, has acquired Sealaska Global Logistics, LLC (SGL) based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Integrated logistics services provider, 20Cube Logistics is headquartered in Singapore and offers a wide array of services required by exporters and importers alike, with expertise in a varied range of disciplines – International Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Solutions, Value Added Services, Project Logistics, Customs Clearance, Customs Law and Compliance, Risk Management, Government Incentive Schemes and Indirect Taxation. The company has a strong presence in Asia Pacific, South Asia, Australia, Middle East and East Africa.
By acquiring Sealaska Global Logistics, 20Cube forays into the US market. SGL will be re-named as 20Cube Logistics Worldwide, LLC and is 100% owned by 20Cube International, Inc.
