20Cube has been an enlightening experience in learning, belongingness, culture and career growth. From day one, I have been learning multiple aspects of process/work through seniors who have also inspired my personal life. In 20Cube, it is like a big family that sticks together through thick and thin, which has helped me enrich myself and to reach the level where I am today. 20Cube’s friendly environment as well as the support of the top management has helped me groom and take over the responsibilities bestowed on me. As the employees of 20Cube, we are learning something new every day and the experience we gain helps create a sense of belongingness. 20Cube has been a challenging ride from day one and I still continue to have the same enthusiasm to learn something new every day. From complex problems and its solution, I have learned a lot in this organisation, and coupled with friendly co-workers, help is always around the corner. At the end of the day, it’s all about accomplishment, and how effective my day has been. What I like the most about 20Cube, is the leadership, and their informal and friendly approach in a global environment. In the end, I could say that I have a complete work-life balance that is substantial to my career journey.

Professionally, I am an Engineer but got into the Logistics industry accidentally when 20Cube Logistics offered me a spot in their Management Trainee Program. What’s most impressive is the way 20Cube embraced me though I was not from the industry and gave me all the support required to excel. Since then, I have made great strides professionally and today I am a Senior Manager within a short span of 5 years. I have had wonderful experiences as I have been part of operations, solutions development, and led multiple overseas operations set up. Recently, I am associated with the digitization project that offers me exposure to the digital logistics world. 20Cube has been an amazing place to work, where you are mentored by a great team and get an abundance of opportunities to learn and grow!

My journey with 20Cube is reaching the significant “decade” milestone. I am thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow not only within the company but also as a person. The key attribute is of course the opportunity to work with a great group of colleagues & leaders whose knowledge and experiences enabled us to face the challenges of the logistics industry. I started with 20Cube in the year 2018 working on Import clerical duties, and today I work with the Export Department. This way, I have been given the opportunity to understand each aspect of International trade. Every team here has motivated people who care not only for our customers but for each other too.
